Exercises to Help Prevent Back Pain: Video 3 of 3

In this short video, a physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist demonstrate an exercise called the bird dog, to help strengthen the core and prevent back pain. They also talk about making sure that these exercises don’t hurt and the importance of performing them under the guidance of expert health professionals.
