Balance and Flexibility

 

During this 45-minute class, DeNairo Girton will incorporate a combination of balance activities and stretches. This is a great class for anyone who is not feeling as steady as they used to. Also, tight muscles can contribute to low back pain, leg pain, and postural changes. This class is a great option to help with some of that tightness.  All fitness levels are welcome!

 

 


Circuit/Interval Training

 

This class will feature a variety of exercises timed in specific intervals targeted to improve overall strength, endurance, and stability. It’s a great challenge for those with any exercise experience or capability, so all are welcome!

 
 
 
 ZUMBA Gold


 Active older adults who are looking for a modifiedZumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. ... The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.

 

Yoga

This is a gentle to moderate clas for all ages done in the Kripalu style. A variety of seated, standing, and lying poses are incorporated, and all poses on hands and knees are omitted. This class is designed to move every muscle of the body at least once.
