Members receive an Initial Fitness Assessment, which consists of a comprehensive health screen and biometric data collection (height, weight, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, heart rate, body mass index, waist/hip ratio and body fat %).
After the fitness assessment a Personalized Strength and Conditioning Program is created based on your goals and followed by Quarterly Program Re-evaluations. We will track your biometric data, make regular adjustments to your exercise program, and provide these reports to your Primary Care Physician as needed.
